A one-month holiday popup shop for LA-based fashion label AELLA required interior improvements to an existing raw space on a limited budget and one week install.

Considering the constraints and temporal nature of the project, the concept proposed preserving the unfinished space as-is, obscuring the imperfections with full length drapes, mirrored surfaces, and display fixtures in series.

The designer's unlimited access to fashion draping fabric provided for the abundant lengths of custom pleated drapes required to shroud the room, the floor-to-ceiling fabric offset by display fixtures and furniture simple in form and material.
